INTERIOR DESIGNER/ARCHITECT II

We have the following opportunity available:Performs interior architecture and design including the preparation of space programs, sketches and diagrams design, calculations and contract documents. Performs assignments concerned with the application of their principles, theories and concepts. Provides solutions to a variety of problems. Applies sound and diversified knowledge of interior architecture and design principles and practices in broad areas of assignments and related fields. Exhibits an exceptional degree of ingenuity, creativity and resourcefulness. Has a design focus and is responsible for significant project impact.QualificationsThis position requires 4 - 8 years of interior architecture /design experience in corporate and/or hospitality sectors. The ideal candidate possesses talented design skills and the ability to team with Senior Designers. Strong AutoCad skills and demonstrable ability in the production of interior contract documents a must; familiarity with codes, preparation of specifications and CA procedures a plus.
